Following her successful leadership of our company over the past 18 months, Dr. Julia Lee is stepping down from her role as CEO for personal reasons. We are pleased to share that Julia will continue to play a key role in Natural Trace’s future growth as Special Advisor. Julia remains actively engaged, ensuring strategic continuity and supporting a seamless leadership transition.

Effective August 1, 2026, Kirsty Hall and Alrik Tan will jointly lead the company as Co-CEOs.

As part of their respective responsibilities, Kirsty Hall will at the same time assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), overseeing commercial strategy, marketing, communications, and regulatory affairs, while Alrik Tan will continue to serve as Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CSO/COO), leading R&D and Operations.

Natural Trace’s R&D activities will remain anchored in Singapore ensuring continued innovation at the company’s scientific core. At the same time, Natural Trace’s expanding global commercialisation efforts are supported by teams in the US, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, further strengthening its international market presence.
